Ordered a 50pc chef's choice platter a day ahead for a work lunch. The selection was impressive with a great mix of maki and sashimi. Very fresh and delicious, well presented and beautifully boxed. I arrived about 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and the platter was ready for me. Service was courteous and prompt. I've never had a bad experience with this location and their handling of this special order impressed me as well.

Unilingual English employees....as always in the West Island!🙄🙄. If you're not bilingual, you'll eat elsewhere! The owner doesn't care about French speakers.... Zero music; Zero atmosphere. Just the continuous sound of fridges running. When paying, you MUST leave a tip!?! For what?? I take to go. We don't have to leave anything. The lady tells me how not to leave any.....and turns to her teammate....and responds in Mandarin? Obviously, it's impossible to know what they're saying.... They could very well denigrate me. No idea? A tip is for tipped employees!! Waitresses, delivery men. Period.

The sushis are always fresh and tasty, I always order the platters here and have never been disappointed. Truly recommend this sushi shop. I do recommend placing a timed order for the platters, since they do tend to get busy in the evenings.

I rarely leave ratings, but I am compelled to let both patrons and owners know how poor the customer service was. Staff was curt and seemed bothered to be there. Food was also mediocre. Last time I will go out of my way to visit this Sushi Shop.

This sushi is B grade fish and they charge restaurant prices. I spent $89 for 20 rolls and 8 pieces of sashimi. The wasabi also tastes like a lower grade - bitter tasting. You can pick up at Katoreya on Sources for the same cost and the quality is waaaayyyyy better. I went here thinking it was achain-lower cost suchi place.l but it's not, more like chain and high end prices. Never again.
