Great one in comparison to some other Rockaberry locations. Great crust on a cheesecake and great flavor in a blueberry lime pie. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back to this one. Other locations should learn a lot from this one.

We ordered a chocolate hazelnut cake on the phone and gave a name. When we got home and opened the box we realize it was the wrong cake . We called Rockaberry’s back and they gave us a few different stories as to why the mixup occurred . We spoke to the manager Julia on the phone and she refuses to give us any compensation for her own mistake. She was rude and condescending. A 40$ cake is not cheap! I am not going back, bad service.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. Absolutely terrible. I ordered a full caramel fudge cheese and I went to pick it up and while the worker was trying to place it in the box, she smashed the top of the cake and didn't tell me. I noticed myself only after paying for it. I asked her "did the cake get smashed?" And she responded "yeah sorry the top got hit when going in the box sorry". I then asked her to show me and it was really bad. This was for my dad's birthday and I couldn't accept it. She said the only thing she could do is offer me a different cake as there were no other of the same cake. She didn't offer any kind of refund or discount or to drizzle more caramel on it. NOTHING. So I then came up with the idea to have her call another rockaberry. She said sure and proceeded to have Vaudreuil reserve a cake for me. I then asked for my receipt so I can prove to Vaudreuil that I already paid and she said she could not print the receipt. So she called them back and told them "okay so just fyi, she paid already". And I had to leave this location after waisting my time AND almost being totally ripped off because she wasn't ever going to say anything about ruining the cake and go to another location to finally get the cake I ordered. Shout-out to Rockaberry Vaudreuil who saved the day! THANK GOD I had noticed them ruining it when I did and decided to ask them to show me the cake. Absolutely disgusting service, I will never ever be going back to this location ever again. How are you going to ruin a cake and not tell the customer?!???? UNACCEPTABLE!

Went this past monday for late lunch, the place was comfortable, and also empty (which is probably normal for a monday at that time of day). We were served by a waitress, as well as (possibly the cook or manager) who also chatted with us at the counter. The service from both staff was EXCELLENT and friendly. The food on the other hand is petty mediocre for the price. Not surprising since it's a chain, and that's pretty much the standard reality for restaurant chain menus.

Extremely helpful and quick service! I got a whole pie for 40$
Ordered a pie for my daughter’s birthday 3 days in advanced and fully paid for it (cherry cheesecake). Was 30 min before pick up time to say that the cherry cheesecake was no longer available as it was discontinued as of today. I had to choose an alternate cake from what they had left . Took a strawberry cheesecake and it was horrible. A big disappointment all around. No one finished their piece, throwing most of it away. Hardy and strawberries, very little crust that was soggy, and cheesecake part tasted like it was mixed with fillers. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I got the mille feuille pie and it was as yummy as i remember! I got the key lime to go and boy oh boy it was absolutely worth it.This rockaberry is very spacious and has these really nice booths! The lighting can be a bit distracting if you are there to study. It was busy and there were quite a few customers but still spacious.There was even a side room for (group) study sessions? Very neatThe colour choices are pretty and the atmosphere is nice for a quick little dessert and some chatting, catching up and maybe even some games!The service is good but they seemed a bit busy/distracted, but still polite and timely!
