Worst service from any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. Sandwich was missing turkey and was ripped in pieces and when I asked to give normal meat slices covering the sandwich they said no this is how we do it!! Thi is the service issue in today’s society. Not normal. Instead of refunding my entire order they could have added or redone a normal sandwich! 🙄

Nice staff but quality of coffee has diminished severely. Coffee was warm (not hot) and tasted funky. First time in my life sending something back. Asked for a tea instead, as you can't mess up a tea.

This Tim's is right near my work so I stop often. Not to mention they are supportive of many of the local business near by. Wimgym gymnastics club hosted a competition and Tim's sponcered the event by supplying all the coffee needs thought the weekend of the event

This is the second time I get unsolicited milk added to my tea order. I don't realize because I have my first sip a-ways down the highway into work, but since I am lactose intolerant I cannot have it.

I will be taking my time at the drive through window to ensure the order is correct now, so if you want to meet your metrics, make sure you get their order right.

Lately during the morning shift , Drive through service changed with different employ somehow with attitude and arrogance, It was much better when the old South Asian lady was incharge , now driving an extra mile to a different location with better attitude

I had a difficult time ordering as the staff struggles with communication. I ordered a strawberry lemonade only to receive a regular lemonade. When I advised the cashier (drive thru) he said they didn’t have anymore strawberry flavoured. Two things: IF they didn’t have strawberry they shouldn’t be substituting without asking the customer first and secondly, I could tell he was lying so I told him they did have the strawberry and sure enough they made me a strawberry. It’s unfortunate because if he had of just accepted accountability for their error I would have gladly accepted the lemonade. Mistakes happen by all of us. But lying?? Seriously…awful
