BEWARE. This girl basically threw my drinks onto me in the drive through while fooling around with one of her friends. It spilt all over my car and expensive jacket and she did not apologize ONCE. After, she proceeded to laugh in my face with her friend and claim it was my fault. she is horrible.

tuesday february 3rd I ordered eggs breakfast wrap and it was some part of egg shell inside the sandwich and when i returned they made the another one and again it was egg shell inside. what a crap. they don’t even know how to cock the egg.

What a dump. Floors haven’t seen a mop in a while. Drink station covered in trash and wayward trays. I swear the heat was off, wife and I almost froze. Burgers were adequate but nothing more. We only went because Harvey’s across the street was too busy. We won’t be back.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wendy’s location and how management handled serious food quality and service issues.
Last night, I ordered food through the drive-thru. When I received my order, the first thing I noticed was that the chicken nuggets had a very strange gum- or plastic-like consistency. When touched, they were rubbery and clearly not normal. This was concerning and unacceptable.
I went back inside to report the issue and asked for replacement nuggets. The employee told me that this was “normal” and that all nuggets were like this. That statement was false. After insisting, I was finally given a new batch of nuggets, which looked completely normal. Customers should not be lied to about food quality.
The rest of the food I did receive was also not edible. One of the burgers I received was missing toppings, and the patty itself looked horrifying and improperly prepared. Nothing looked fresh or correctly assembled. I did not eat any of the food I received because it was simply not edible and clearly not prepared properly.
Already upset, I went home, only to discover that half of my order was missing, including my burgers and chili.
I immediately called the restaurant to report the missing items and requested a refund, as I did not feel comfortable returning after how I was treated. The employee on the phone insisted that everything had been put in the bag and implied that I was lying. I stayed on the phone for approximately 10 minutes being told my order was complete when it was not.
They refused to issue a refund and told me to come back in the morning to pick up the missing items. That is not reasonable. I paid for my food to eat that night, not the next day.
Because this location refused to take responsibility or properly resolve the situation, I contacted Wendy’s headquarters directly.
This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic food safety and customer service standards.
Update: The manager called me regarding what happened yesterday. They were professional, listened carefully, and took steps to address the situation. I appreciate the follow-up!

Almost slipped at the door with no wet floor sign and we were kicked out by the rude worker an hour and a half before closing because the worker wanted to leave early. Go to sources where the workers arent rude

I got served by the manager at the drive thru!
He was very nice and paid close attention to my orders!
I had ordered a double Dave trio , also another trio which was a baconator trio but no cheese on it! I checked the bags before I left the drive thru and it was all perfect!
If I rate this Wendy’s 10 l stars I so would!
I wish people like this man would actually do their job properly, especially since food has become very expensive, customers like myself shouldn’t have to come back or check my stuff before leaving.

Morning service sucks!!! Slow as hell!!
Can't believe I spent 5 minutes waiting at the speaker for the drive-thu. I had a mobile order and when I got home. Noticed they messed up my order. Got a Dave single and paid for a Dave double. My small burger was missing the toppings. Sucks
