Online it said they were open , when I got there it was closed. Businesses need to update their sites as needed . I understand covid has all in a state of confusion, and disorganization, so we all need to be on top of this .

Got take out fried chicken yesterday to support our local businesses. Awesome. Light, flavourful batter, perfect chicken, moist, everything you want in fried chicken. Sauce complements everything, good fries and slaw. Recommend it to everyone.

The Star Cafe sits right in the middle of Knowlton and is a large, comfortable, popular, and welcoming establishment, with seating outside and occasional musical entertainment. The menu is appropriate for a cafe (rather small), but the food is tasty, and the service is fairly efficient. The small serving of fries was disappointing, but the free extras were appreciated.

We arrived at the Star Cafe just while they were closing for the night, the waitress was extremely friendly and insisted on us staying. Im so glad we did! The b.b.q chicken was incredible! The fries fresh, and gravy was amazing! Cheers to this establishment!

I bought one of the products of this company as a gift for my daughter on her birthday. I found the price quite attractive and the delivery was on time as well. I am pleased with their product and definitely recommend.
Cozy place with good food, drinks and friendly service. The ambiance is warm, and their outside sitting area is cute. The menu has various homemade items and they actually smoke things in-house. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you happen to be in Knowlton. Portions and prices are reasonable.

I went for lunch and the food was disappointing and service was extremely slow. Several other customer got served before us even if they arrived after us. Once we got our food I asked for hot sauce and the waitress said she had none. Funny enough when we went to pay our bill, their was a full rack with all kinds of hot sauce right on the counter top. Really failed to fulfill our expectations. And believe me, I did not have high expectations and I'm pretty tolerant.

Went there last weekend to buy a latte, and asked for plastic cutlery as we were having a picnic outside, as the weather was gorgeous. They charged me 2.00$ for 5 plastic forks and one plastic knife......total rip off. I used to go there for coffee whenever I was in Knowlton, now I take my business where they wont rip me off, thank you very much.
