Truly the worst Tims! 3/4 of the time the service is non-existent. They insult each other in front of everyone. For my event, I had pre-ordered donuts, returned for pick-up, no one knew about them. I kept trying to give them a chance, but for real, drive 5 minutes and go further

If we could put -10000 we would! Fuiiiiiirrrrrrrr! The service at DRIVE is incompetent! We pay for orders that are never what we ask for. The staff allows themselves to insult the customers because we point out the service which is inappropriate! Ordering a cookie and getting a donut WOW what's the connection? AND EVERY TIME it’s the same thing at DRIVE! How can you still leave this person in DRIVE when it is clear that he is disrespectful, incompetent and so on! Mister mentions that he has been in training for 3-4 months, 3-4 months to learn to read cookie & donut? It's incredible !
A complaint will be made for offense! It is unacceptable to receive insults from your staff - a man of approximately 1m80 with a beard around 28-35 years old - who is himself incompetent! Is it the hospital that doesn’t care about charity?
Get trained! Be respectful and we will return the same courtesy and respect! Do your job properly! We demand to have the order that we pay for and not something else that we did not ask for!

No need to serve as a worker wrap for 15 unlike most Tims on the north shore. Apparently it's really hard to cook eggs/potatoes/bacon.
English: unable to serve "worker's wrap" past 3 in the afternoon. Apparently cooking bacon/eggs/a breakfast potato is too hard.
It's been a month since the espresso machine has been working and on weekday mornings there are always blatant errors in my order! Example: I ask for a Tim morning bacon, sausage and I receive a cream cheese bagel.
