at 1 p.m. no pizza available apart from full pizzas and no pizza in the oven just no stock for sale

After 50 minutes of ordering my food online, their site said they had received my order, but not that it was being prepared. So I called to make sure everything was okay, and the man told me the driver had already left with my order.

About 35 minutes later my food arrived, so after almost 1 and a half hours (Keep in mind it was in the car for over 30 minutes)
It was a snowy day, but I live literally 6 minutes away.

When you order, you receive an email that says that after 50 minutes it’s free. But the delivery driver refused and I still had to pay for my gross cold food. Never again.

Just went to this restaurant, was served by a young woman with curly hair. She had more interest on hanging out with her friend and using profanity. I am not one to complain but it’s a job. If you don’t want to work then please don’t. I am unhappy with the service and I hope they look into who they are hiring. Pizza is also under done.

I barley grab fast food and this is why.. Went into this Pizza Pizza to order and XL Halal Pepperoni pizza a pickup special yesterday. The service was ok but the FOOD was HORRIFIC. I don’t believe the guy on shift cared about giving good food to people. The Pepperoni looked old and molding/losing color. The cheese smelled very nasty and I threw it away after the first slice.

I have been ordering from this location for almost 4 years now. Over the last 2 years the quality has been on a steady decline to where it is now. When I order now, my food is consistently either overcooked, or undercooked in such an extreme in either direction that the food is not edible. The amount of times that this has occurred is staggering. It is clearly a management issue that they are not upholding standards for their employees to work by. I have time and time again this year kept giving them "one more chance" to hopefully bring it back to the quality that I was used to when I first started ordering from this location, or other locations I have order from in the past. But this location has finally proved to me today again, with an undercooked pizza, that I can no longer trust them and will be writing off this location permanently. It is such a shame.

Terrible establishment run by unhygienic owner/employees. The owner or employee irresponsibly let a trolly run into a car parked outside the establishment & left a card box behind a public garbage outside the establishment. Place seems to be run by individuals who do not care for other peoples property nor their own. He should have responsibly taken the box into his establishment & put into a recycling bin. We can’t all be leaving our recycle around a public garbage bin.

Delicious fresh pizza. Service was super friendly and quick. 100 % recommended.
