Restaurant Boustan

Chicken was brown and fatty. Rice was soggy and clumsy. Taste was awful. Worst boustan ever. We threw it in the garbage. Pitiful

I ordered 10 beef plates and 4 beef pita sandwiches. The sandwiches were almost tasteless because the meat portion was very small—it was basically just salad.

I was really disappointed The chicken is really dry and the staff seem to be careless like the guy didn’t even ask me about what sauces I’d like to have he just assumed that out of his head

We ordered delivery this time & were not disappointed with the quick delivery and portion size of the shawarma junior. The food could have been hotter but no complaints.

Very unhygienic experience. One guy was openly sniffling and wiped his nose with his hands—using his palm—and then continued to pack the bread without washing his hands or wearing gloves. When I pointed it out, he simply said his hands were “clean” and still made no effort to put on gloves. This is completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. You aren’t serving food for free—please ensure proper hygiene when handling food.

Would’ve service with rude faces and brutal look into ladies. Feeling like you’re dealing with mafia/ underworld people with guns over your head. Needs to be trained people.

I’m sure this would have been a better rating had I received what I wanted.

Make sure you don’t just say “all dressed” thinking that means everything on it!
I saw all they had to offer and turned away for one moment and it was done, but upon clarifying what was put inside, I found out “all dressed” only included 3 ingredients!
I feel I really missed out by simply trusting “all dressed” meant “everything”. Dry, without the delicious ingredients I prefer (all), and disappointed.

They made the warp which was not even tosted from one side and other side was burnt overall experience not good , should pay more attention preparing the food properly
