I said COCONUT MILK!!! Its very simple
Coconut its. I specified and said it many times. After driving 10 mins from the drive thru i taste the drink and it tastes horrible.

As a long-time customer of Starbucks, I asked politely if they would grind a small bag of coffee beans my wife brought back from Brazil. I was told "NO", and it was explained that any staff member who provided this courtesy would be fired on-the-spot. OK, so it became evident that customer loyalty is meaningless at Starbucks; but in any event, no harm done. Then I got to thinking: the staff member would be fired for this? And if he or she would apply for a similar job, they would no doubt be disqualified due to this ridiculous infraction. So, here's the thing! This person's life would be destroyed over (grinding) a small bag of beans for a loyal customer. ARE THEY SERIOUS!!!!!
Also, as Canada is currently under tariff attack by the USA, as Canadians, we must band together to boycott all USA products! Starbucks is an American company, headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

I liked the atmosphere better before the renovations but the coffee is still good. Never had a problem with the service.

The drive-through is always broken, and no effort seems to be made to fix it. Additionally, the place is small and always crowded.

Can someone explain why the drive thru is closed once per week. If they are short staffed then management should do a better job. Staff are great though. Maybe management isn’t?

I came in at 9:18pm, I know they close at 9:30pm and it was a close call I was at the drive through and no one was answering so I approached near the window and these two girls (jade, the other one didn’t have a name tag) see me and run to the back like they didn’t see me so I decide to come inside and they start serving me like nothing happened. And they kept laughing the whole time I was there saying it was so funny and stuff. Very immature. I would expect better from Starbucks employees.

This place is not clean when they give my coffee it smell like poops and when I drank this I vomit and all never come at this place and this is very disgusting

Worst Starbucks around and believe me I make them Starbucks. Error on order with unacceptable attitude. Pricing inaccuracy compared to other franchises. Also poor quality.
I won't come back to this place again, it's over. I will go further to the one in Vaudreuil.
I will open an investigation into this franchisee to see if this is all legal.
