Store does not answer food was cold as ice even tho I arrived early staff was rude overall I’d give them a zero for customer service and friendliness and the sub had a weird taste like as if there was pesticides on my food would not recommend to even my worst enemies

I ordered two 6-piece sandwiches, but when they were divided, the portions were completely uneven — one was much larger and the other was very small. I asked the waiter to change it, but he refused. I told him, “I don’t want it this way,” and he simply replied, “That’s it.” His attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. No matter how many times I asked for his name, he refused to give it. It’s a shame to see such behavior from someone in customer service.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in pincourt. Each time its a different issue, either getting half of a soup, the workers seem annoyed by your presence, crumbling up your sandwich or being very stingy with veggies. I dont know what management is doing wrong but this is the only subway that I've had such consistently poor experiences with. I keep giving this place a shot and regret it each time.

Bad experience today. The sandwich guy was rude, made us pay first, and didn’t organize the veggies properly in my sandwich. He was nice to others customers but not to us.

Amazing Service and product each time. When the manager is there shes always welcoming and pleasant. Even better, she remembers your order. Chicken Salad is my favorite and go to!
This by far the worst service subway I have been too...We ordered from older lady was not willing to put barley any lettuce in the sald rice bowl. I kindly ask her for a bit more lettuce..she refused. I ask her for hot peppers she refused to put my request. I asked her for house dressing instead she says that how it comes..SHE WAS VERY RUDE. TO add was not bilingual; wherefore, I had to accommodate her in french. If you want to get more customers you sheets think of training first off with. Very bad naniors.

Be carful and ask for a receipt cause they overcharged agin, I ordered a tuna sandwich with teriyaki chicken on the side, and he changed it like I ordered a teriyaki chicken and tuna on the side witch is more expensive…

I entered the Ile Perrot subway next to the dominos, the fat girl with white hair told me that I couldn't stay inside and was on the verge of fainting because of the heat in the middle of a heatwave, really people like that don't deserve not working he doesn't try to put himself in the place of others, very disappointed I hope for better quality of services for this subway
