Fried was terrible, I never had a worst Thai food ever like this before 🤯

Got yelled at by the owners/workers for being black. 🤷🏾‍♂️

If you ever want to go to this restaurant, go to the one in Vaudreuil or on the island. DO NOT GO in this restaurant. From the food that’s disgusting and soggy and the staff that are so rude and uncomprehending and the atmosphere that you will never see anyone eat at the restaurant because of the customer service. I do not recommend at all!!! They’re also scammers! They charged me 25$ for something I never asked for!

I think it’s sad to see so many reviews about the staff. Every time I go in I’m greeted with a smile and hello. If it’s not too busy we even chat a bit. I actually go out of my way to go to this location just because of how friendly they are. The food is standard Thai Express, which I very much enjoy.

My mom ordered on the website. THEY gave the wrong address to the delivery person, which resulted in us never getting the order. When we showed up in person to either get a refund or just another plate since we hadn't eaten anything, or received what we paid for, they got angry at my mother, yelling at her. She's a single mother of 4. We do not have enough money to afford what we need most of the time so I was extremely disappointed at the workers. Maybe try to be more understanding and kind next time

Do yourself a favour and go to ANY OTHER other Thai Express location!. This place is a definition of a scam. The owner is nothing but a rude, arrogant and cheap person. They charge you almost $20 per plate, but put 5 little pieces of chicken to minimize costs. Furthermore, they put so much sauce that the rice became soggy and inedible (it was like soup!). Whenever you raise any concern with the owner (the same old man), he disregards them and implies that you are lying. No business should treat customers in the way and they do. I showed the owner proof (pictures) of every single issue that I had with my order, and he said he wouldn't do anything for me and that their food is always good. Once again, putting profits over proper customer service. DO NOT give these people your money! Just read every other review that says how RUDE the owner is. Unbelievable!

First time at this location, they charge 18$ for a small box that other Thai express' charge same price for a large portion. I tried to change the sauce on my food for another sauce, which the old man at the counter started telling me I was wrong. I also never received the sauce I asked for. Then they got mad at me for not telling them I wanted a larger portion, they did not tell me the price of the large version and also refused to change my order, they then got aggressive when I tried to explain my situation so I left, will not be returning. Wish I could say the food was bad, but it's usually good. 18$ 7 small pieces of chicken, this restaurant is a disgrace to the chain. I ordered 01/09/24 7 pm

The fried rice just keeps on getting worse. This used to be such a tasty dish but now, it is just bad. I would give it a zero if I could.
