Slowest Tim Horton's ever despite having 4 staff members working. One staff member has a lot of attitude. Basic kitchen hygiene practices could need some improving. They should probably invest in another cash register instead of having only one. Took me about 30 - 40 minutes just for 2 coffees to be made and I had to repeat myself for them to give me the 2 muffins I ordered. Smaller location a few streets away is a lot quicker

My usual sandwich lunch. Ham and cheese on croissant. NOT SERVED ANY MORE. Terrible decision. So, just had coffee. Will have to find a different place for lunch.

Pay attention if ordering a take out. They forgot to add vanilla to my vanilla latte. Good thing I tried it before leaving. The rest of the order was good. Fast service.

Last Thursday, approximately 2:00pm, ordered small coffee, 2 creams 1 sugar… the coffee was AWFUL…what happened to their FRESH COFFEE…who is in charge of quality??? How can we get our money back or get better quality when going through the drive through!

Newly renovated and larger team. We liked that a new team member Shaylee helped pick up the stream of service as they arrived - this staff member seemed on the ball really knowing their stuff. It's best to use drive-thru at Tim Hortons. It's much faster and organised this way.

Team worker karl, jade and kyle totally unprofessional zero respect towards their customers
and jade specially girl she throwed the muffin towards us and did not even say sorry nothing she came back and agian did the same thing
