Pay attention if ordering a take out. They forgot to add vanilla to my vanilla latte. Good thing I tried it before leaving. The rest of the order was good. Fast service.

Last Thursday, approximately 2:00pm, ordered small coffee, 2 creams 1 sugar… the coffee was AWFUL…what happened to their FRESH COFFEE…who is in charge of quality??? How can we get our money back or get better quality when going through the drive through!

Newly renovated and larger team. We liked that a new team member Shaylee helped pick up the stream of service as they arrived - this staff member seemed on the ball really knowing their stuff. It's best to use drive-thru at Tim Hortons. It's much faster and organised this way.

Team worker karl, jade and kyle totally unprofessional zero respect towards their customers
and jade specially girl she throwed the muffin towards us and did not even say sorry nothing she came back and agian did the same thing

Constantly messing up orders in store and in the drive thru. The employees are nice a lot of the time, but it doesn't make up for the incorrect orders or missing items.

At 11:36 a.m. on April 1, 2025, at the drive-thru I asked "in French please" the young lady replied "only in English".... Bravo! Well done for hiring insolent people like that.
