The Mr. Who works at the car service, not polite, he gives the service for the sake of giving it, and what's more, you can't stay at the window for 1 second after he gives the order because he starts to look in a bad way even if there is no one in line! What is this? I have to put my coffee in the car to be able to move forward! This isn't the first time he's done this!

When you accept mobile orders and they are already prepared on the takeout counter waiting to be handed to customers do not let orders sit there, actually tell the customer their order is there. Do not have someone taking orders at cash and juggling the takeout pickup counter also. Doesn’t work. No one with mobile order should have to have to watch their food get cold for 9 minutes for nothing.
Havent been to tim Hortons in a while and i never write reviews but the Staff was rude and complaining about customers in the drive through out loud. The bagels were stale, tim matin seemed old and was sitting there for a while. The coffee is basically hot water with coffee flavouring. What happened to Tim Hortons i remember being Canadas pride, i wouldnt feed this stuff to my dog. Zero stars
