We waited 2 hours for our dinner Usually the General Tao dish is very good Tonight the dish was more than disappointing. The meat was very dry and very difficult to chew. My experience this evening extremely disappointing. Zento for me will be on hiatus for a long time. Really unacceptable to serve us this food Everyone at my table who ordered this meal had the same experience The server was nice though.

We waited 40 minutes before finally flagging down our server to come over. It then took another 50 minutes to receive our food, although the restaurant was not full. The fish was lukewarm and not really good.
Also, while we were waiting, our server had time to serve four other tables and bring them their dishes, even though we were out of water. Two of those four tables finished their meals before we even received our plates, and I had to ask the waiter to bring us extra water because our glasses were empty.
I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money.

Giving 2 stars purely because of the service. Went for a birthday lunch with my mom 2 days ago, showed up at 2pm sharp (they close at 2:30) and asked them if we could still sit for lunch.
The waiter allowed us to come in but was extremely rude and unfriendly the entire service. Really put a damper on the lunch and affected our time there. I would never go back and spend money here again solely because of the service experience we had..
They should just close for lunch at 2pm instead of 230 if we were that much of an inconvenience showing up 30 min before their break.

Really disappointed that Zento no longer delivers. There are surely many people who cannot travel because they: have young children, no driving license, fragile health, disability, etc. I like their meal, but I can't enjoy it! Truly Zenti pocket.

I went at night and found the restaurant a little full, the atmosphere is cozy and I didn't make a reservation to eat there. The food is very good, the quantity is just right and they give a generous amount of protein (meat). The truth is that the only drawback is that we waited a long time between the appetizers and the main course. Another fact is that there is very little space between tables, we had to accommodate ourselves to get in and out, even the waiters struggle to serve the food on the table. If I'm passing through I would go again.

We had a server don’t even know his name but very poor service, but then Trung came and offered us his services and was very attentive and listened well and met our needs. Wish we have Trung! Amazing service and so kind, food was amazing as always just sadly this experience was poor service.
Always delicious, however prices have increased a lot since the pandemic, we will go less often
