Great service. By the time i finished creating my order it was almost ready at the pick up counter. I had to wait 1 minute for the coffe which is not a problem at all. The person that was assisting the guests among the tables was very kind.

The service is really unpleasant. When you ask for something not only do they not listen but they seem to not want to give you what you asked for. Today around 12:43 p.m. I ordered large fries and I was given medium fries. I also asked for 3 sweet and sour sauces and an old gentleman told me that I had to pay for them. I was outside when I realized it was the wrong format and went back.
I talk to the cashier and tell him my problem and the same gentleman comes back. He told me it was written a way and I answered him I came back to have my large fries and as a comment he told me (it was 15 minutes ago that you ordered that and that I had to pay the difference and I replied, that's why I'm here.
I asked the cashier for sauce and he told me it was free and I explained that this same gentleman told me I had to pay for it and the customer next to me told me that this gentleman was really disrespectful and I confirm. Finally they let me go with the fries and sauces.
Sometimes I tell myself that we should have nicer people than people who disrespect people. Really!! The service really needs to be improved!!
