Order a simple club à la Tim -First mistake missing the bacon and half the portion of meat
- return a second one because this time the salad is missing.
-returned a third time because the Tim strawberry melon refreshment was sparkling.
- Returns A FOURTH time because the refreshed Tim tastes the water.

Saturday 1:10 p.m. August 31, 2024. Error on sandwich order (missing bacon). Dirty collection counter, soiled tables and unclean men's toilet on the floor around the toilet bowl and around the sink. Additionally, trash was present around the meal preparation area on the floor.
This is a bad experience and the owner should be there on the weekend to see about it.

Not the product I want even if it is advertised. I place an order and pay but 3 minutes later I am told that we have more without being refunded and my pledge is cold without a hand towel. Where are we going? Owner who does not take care of his team and his stock. Scary drive-thru wait times
Unable to make French vanilla that tastes good, it tastes like hot water. They only make one batch of muffins, biscuits and donuts per day, if you arrive at 9am in the morning there's nothing the little old man ate everything.

Very dirty restaurant. I was not able to find a clean table, counters, windows and display tops, bathroom was very dirty. Excellent food and service too. But I hesitated to take my order seeing the cleanliness up front. I don’t dare imagine going back or I dare hope that it’s better… ?

Several evenings in a row, we arrive to have timbits or donuts for dessert and there is nothing left to offer us. The first time, it was still understandable, it was 8:30 p.m., closing is at 10 p.m. The next two evenings, around 7 p.m., nothing again. Then we showed up around 6 p.m. Nothing left at the counter and we are told to come early. Closing is still at 10 p.m., so 4 hours before the employees close shop and nothing available. Tonight, 4:20-25 p.m. Nothing. All that was left was a few honey timbits and powdered donuts. We are still told to come earlier by the employee at the counter. 6 hours before closing.In addition, their coffee tastes, according to myself and my family, like water or the bottom of a coffee pot. The French vanilla that was velvety no longer tastes anything.Forget this Tim Hortons and wait for the next city because, anyway, the employees manage to ruin your orders even when they are written in front of them. The only good item left was the Boston donut and they were out of stock as of mid-late afternoon. I learned my lesson and this time, I won't go anymore!
