Chez Truchon - Auberge & Bistro is a little gem of Charlevoix. The impeccable service and excellent, homemade food make dining there a must if you are in the area. The balance of flavors is perfect, highlighting the terroir. With A++ service and food, comfortable rooms, and a well-stocked lunch, it's a perfect dining spot with a mysterious island nearby for an aperitif. Customers report good experience, fast and efficient service. The dishes were good and well presented. Fresh food and good tastes with excellent service. The menu has a beautiful refined selection with good choices of wine by the glass, 1/2 bottle or bottle. The welcome is warm and the service is of a high quality: courteous, professional, discreet, friendly, perfect!
