Had supper here. The presentation was attractive however the taste was superior. The surf and turf was well prepared.
Middle-rare for the steak. Partner had seafood plate of shrimp and scallops.

This is a very beautiful dining room in La Malbaie - Pointe au pic. The room is long, allowing all customers to have a magnificent view of the river. Impeccable service, efficient and with a very big smile. Very satisfied.

45 min wait for a lasagna... The waiter is very attentive to the customers who consumes +++ but if we take water and a meal there is no service... RIDICULOUS... Too bad because I really liked the place, but when you're in a hurry and you just want a professional dinner... No, I'm not coming back

The service is impeccable however the lunch included in the package is very disappointing, paying the extras to have something suitable it is better not to take it as a package with the room and choose what you want from the menu.

I have been eating at Délices du Petit Manoir for several years. It was still tasty and hot. Last Tuesday evening, I was very disappointed. The chicken skewer tasted like nothing and it wasn't hot.

Le souper hier soir servi par Marie-Claude a été très agréable. Quel sens de l’humour, malgré l’achalandage elles étaient toutes aux pas de course mais le service a été quand même excellent . Merci Marie- Claude 😘😘😘

It was incredibly loud in the restaurant and the atmosphere was poor. We had fish and chips, the fish was completely dried out and the breading was hard and the potatoes were mushy. In a word, evil. The service was mediocre. We could also see some other guests at the neighboring table who also seemed unhappy.

We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Very very disappointed with the service provided by Claire. I would like to speak to Ms. Gélinas. She was very insistent and controlling of my choice of food since I mentioned that I was allergic to peanuts. She wouldn't give me parmesan fondue or soup. Contact risk! Listening to him, I would never go to a restaurant! You still have to have judgment with this allergy that I have been dealing with my whole life. I should have left since I had a very bad experience. Plus, the next table watching us. It was very unpleasant. She spoke to Marie-Claude behind my back. I saw it done and I checked with the latter which had served us wonderfully the day before. Such a shame to pay and experience such a situation. Dry bread, very slow service, she went to see people at a table who had arrived after us. The bottle of wine did not arrive. Reservation at 7:30 p.m., I received my burnt fondues at 8:20 p.m. The soup had no taste. Presentation of wild shrimp in a stir-fry bowl but with cauliflower, broccoli and carrot?? No relation for a shrimp stir-fry! At the end, she wanted to talk by involving Marie-Claude in the conversation by speaking very loudly... She tired me... She gave my partner a headache. I hope there will be a follow-up with this controlling waitress.
I still tipped 10% out of politeness. Normally I give 20%. She really disappointed me.
We were supposed to go to lunch this morning and we will go elsewhere.

Absolutely avoid!
As soon as we were seated, the waiter told us that tipping was not included in the package. Slow and disinterested service. Bland food. Noisy place. Out-of-date decoration.

Très très déçue du service rendu par Claire. Je souhaite parler à Mme Gélinas. Elle a été d’une insistance et d’un contrôle de mon choix de nourriture puisque j’ai mentionné que j’étais allergique aux arachides. Elle ne voulait pas me donner de fondue parmesan, pas de potage. Risque de contact! À l'écouter, je n'irais jamais au restaurant! Il faut quand même avoir du jugement avec cette allergie que je gère depuis toute ma vie. J’aurais dû quitter puisque j’ai passé une très mauvaise expérience. En plus, la table voisine qui nous observait. Ce fut très désagréable. Elle a parlé à Marie-Claude dans mon dos. Je l'ai vu faire et j'ai vérifié avec cette dernière qui nous avait servi à merveille la veille. Tellement dommage de payer et de vivre une telle situation. Pain sec, service très lent, elle a été voir des gens à une table qui étaient arrivés après nous. La bouteille de vin n'arrivait pas. Réservation à 19h30, j'ai reçu mes fondues brûlées à 20h20.. Le potage n'avait pas de goût. Présentation des crevettes endiablées dans un bol à sauté mais avec chou-fleur, brocoli carotte?? Pas rapport pour un sauté de crevettes! À la fin, elle voulait discuter en impliquant Marie-Claude dans la conversation en parlant très fort... Elle m'a fatigué... Elle a donné mal à la tête à mon conjoint. J'espère qu'il y aura un suivi avec cette serveuse contrôlante . J'ai quand même donné 10% de pourboire par politesse. Normalement, je donne 20%. Elle m'a vraiment déçue. Nous devions aller déjeuner ce matin et nous irons ailleurs.
