Great experience. Very attentive service. The shepherd of the massif is simply a delight. To try at least once in your life. Throughout the evening people come to check on us to make sure everything is going well. And as there are two zones, you can eat with groups upstairs or more quietly downstairs. Very nice place.

The food here was simply delicious. We also really liked the style and ambience of this restaurant. We got a table without a reservation on a weekend without any problems. The restaurant is very clean! And there is live music, which was really great. Even a children's menu, where we found something delicious for our 3-year-old daughter. The Wagyu burger here is really good. Since we are already in the French part of Canada, communication was a little more difficult (both of us only spoke English), but the two ladies from the service were great with us! Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back.

My friend took a Cosmo which she didn't drink because it only tasted like lemon juice. The 2 waitresses who came to our table never worried about it. I took a counter fillet which I didn't finish because it was full of "tirasse". Again, no one asked me any questions. We're not picky, it can happen to like something less... But it's the service that should make a difference in this case. We will not return and we advise against it. The only positive point of our evening, beautiful atmosphere.

I pass through Charlevoix 1-2 times a year for the casino and this restaurant has always been a must go before yesterday. Good food, professional service and above all the best atmosphere in town. That said everything changed yesterday and our experience was a shower of solid cold water. 2h15 before being served. Really poor food, uncooked vegetables, poor cooking, error on invoices and so on. I don't know if the cook has changed in the last 6-12 months but this restaurant has lost quite a few. Maybe it's just a bad evening in the kitchen, but it's just a shame because we go out like twice a year in Charlevoix and it really ruins the evening. At least one plate in 4 was refunded and the staff apologized.
