Coming from Lanaudière. We stayed 3 evenings in mid-October as it was an excellent central point for going to Petit Saguenay and Tadoussac/des Escoumins as well as the municipality. Reservation for the suite on the 2nd. Perfect. They accept dogs which is what we were looking for. No smell, small, well-equipped kitchenette.

The room does not conform to the reservation in addition to having a really uncomfortable stench. There is no way to speak to the manager for several days and no possibility to cancel the unsatisfactory reservation. Very big disappointment.

I really give 5 stars across the board (for a motel it's exemplary), the rooms are spacious, very comfortable firm beds, impeccable customer service, breakfast included where there is waffle dough that you can get made yourself, Monin coffee syrups, etc. etc. It’s a great discovery and I highly recommend it. 2 minutes from the casino, several restaurants nearby, really everything is perfect for budgets limited or not.Safety: Code to enter the buildingWalkability: Accessible for the elderly or those with reduced mobility

Family room 54m2 very well decorated and comfortable, in 2 parts with a bedroom with 2 double beds and a bedroom with fold-out sofa, a large bathroom and a kitchen entrance (fridge, hob, coffee machine)
