Fast food chain, people who improvise as waiters, cooks and chefs, we see who have a great lack of training, clearly not their professions from the world taken at random (to say who lacks manpower his work is reflected in their dishes!) The appetizer eggplant caviar with cheese 1608 tab**... no research, the soup no seasonings (incipid), the creamy polenta calvaire is dla glue, bacon not cooked. I sent my main dish back to the kitchen, then I didn't want to know anything about dessert. No personality in any of their dishes! I explain my situation to them, then they tell me that "It's your tastes" beautiful arguments (pretentious), what arogance lacks judgment, then knowing how to live. A comment that still cost me $300. They don't take customer opinions into account, no room for improvement. Real stealing. If you want to have the same quality of food for less money, go to Mikes!!!!

The welcome from the waitress is very "rude" for a Sunday morning.
I was looking for a qualifier to define the tone of voice used by the waitress when she explains the concept of the service, I can just say that after her speech, we want to return to dreamland ?
The buffets lack hygiene (customers serve themselves with their hands) and presentation (bags of bread and juice in grocery packaging).
The concept of ringtones to call the cooks is not perfect.
There is no service, on the contrary we had to run behind the waiter to get another coffee… so why is $6 service necessarily included in the bill when paying. ? Outside the website, prices are not displayed and neither is the obligatory service. Is it legal?
The waiter puts his fingers in the cups when he sets up the tables.
We were on the terrace and our neighbors were on the verge of receiving a downpour of rainwater from the day before...
Without further comments, one star for the panoramic view.

Great gourmet dinner, impeccable service and attentive to dietary restrictions, highlighting local products and riches. The prices are more than fair ($70 for 5 courses per person) for the quality of the food. We will come back with pleasure!

One of the best restaurants in Malbaie! Gourmet meal with panoramic view of the river and mountain.

Local flavor, nice selection of privately imported wine at a very reasonable price.

Some people really know how to cook! Everything was absolutely delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. I was surprised that the set menu was only $69/pp, usually it's a lot more, and the quality here was superb. ??

Recently stay at Auberge and we were very pleased with the room. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to book a room on third floor. Rooms are carpeted so that helps if kids above you are running around or there’s a Flamenco dancer practicing their moves. Dinner at hotel restaurant is quite good. Nice wine list, fairly priced. Breakfast is nice but they really can use some more servers and an a la Carte section. Not that watching tv is a major thing but it would be nice to have something to explain how items work in more than French. I finally figured out how to get the cable system to work on the morning we checked out. Room balcony was a nice spot for a cocktail after a long day of whale watching.

(Translated by Google) Absolutely amazing. The restaurant puts local products forward, which is very popular. The prices are high, but for the quality it was definitely worth it.(Original)Absolument incroyable.Le restaurant met les produits locaux de l'avant, ce qui est très apprécié.Les prix sont élevés, mais pour la qualité, ça valait vraiment la peine.

Arrived at 6:30 and learned that "the room: we booked had a non-functioning toilet so the Auberge arranged for a larger room with a view at the Petit Manoir du Casion and offered to compensate with a dinner at the auberge. I guess these disappointments even with booking months in advance and travel from far away just happen. Sigh...

This auberge is a gem. The food was fabulous as was the service. The staff could not have been more accommodating. As one of the few English speakers in the hotel, the French speaking staff went overboard to make my stay wonderful. Loved the location overlooking the St. Lawrence. The outside sitting area was cozy and encouraged us to rest and relax and enjoy the quiet, the view and the ambiance. My room was up a few flights of stairs but so cozy and comfortable. I felt like I was back in France. I would recommend this gem to anyone, and in fact, already have.

This is a yearly destination for my wife and me. We were disappointed with the change in menu and quality. Honestly would not come back if it stays this way. Such a shame. Food needs to be revisited.

The food was excellent! The view of the river was also very impressive. I highly recommend the Wild Boar Filet Mignon as a main course and the trout gravlax as a starter.
