Le Restaurant Le Bellerive

Seated and waited 25 minutes before taking drink order. Had to ask for bread and water Ordered our meal and the chicken was not cooked and was sent back. My husband finished his meal before my replacement meal was delivered. No apologies, no comps,, no anything to offset our wasted night and the inconvenience. Just bad treatment in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Should have ordered St Hubert.

Terrible service, ruined the whole nite. Forgot to place our order and we waited for an hours for main course and the food was cold. We had 2 baby with us so, imagine the hunger they were going thru while keeping them calm.

Tout était parfait. La seule chose serait la quantité. Mon épouse et moi aurions aimé un peu plus en quantité du plat principal.

Bonjour, nous étions présent le 10 juin 19;00 et à la base il n'avait plus d'entrée pour le premier service. Le met que j'ai choisi était trop sale moi et quelques voisins avons retourné notre plat. Il n'y avait pas de dessert est ce que ça peux être pire ?? Je ne crois pas ce fut une mauvaise expérience Merci Marylene

Une magnifique expérience! Niveau bruit était parfait pour enterrer les bruits de nos enfants! Délicieux pour les petits comme pour les grands!

Good time spent at Restaurant Le Bellerive during a dinner. Cordial and warm welcome. Professional and efficient service.

The mussels marinière were good ($CAD 26.00), although too light on the white wine, served with a generous portion of well-seasoned house fries.

Warm room, but which deserves a little refreshment in terms of decoration. Magnificent view of the river.

Negative note: drinks are overpriced.

This is a hotel restaurant. We had 4 breakfast and 4 dinner consecutive times. Even with kids it was not possible to have food on the table earlier than 1:30 after sitting at the table, in spite of the limited menu with easy to prepare dishes.

Nourriture excellente mais le service était plus que moyen.. Dommage Pour y avoir été en décembre.. le service était plus qu'excellent ! Les attentes étaient hautes !

Bravo à toute l'équipe du Fairmont la Malbaie! Notre serveuse au restaurant Bellevue, Melissa a été exceptionnelle. Le concierge, le service quand nous sommes allé à la pêche sur glace. Steve au petit déjeuner en plus du préposé à la chambre Orlando. En plus du chef René Privé qui nous a aidé pour la célébration de la fête à notre fils. Ce fut les petites attentions des employés pour nous qui démarque le Fairmont Malbaie. Merci! Très agréable et mémorable.

Cetais bien service un peu en manquais un peu de finition mais le serveur était nouveau d'un mois

Une serveuse adorable qui nous a donné l'impression que nous étions ses seuls clients. Des plats bons en bouche à des prix très raisonnables. Nous avons même eu droit à de petites mignardises pour souligner notre sortie en amoureux. Nous recommandons!
