Restaurant et bar St-Hubert

Good service but only at the bar where you get served for real. I receive a coupon on my casino electrical terminal application which means that I am entitled to a discount at the casino’s st-hub. The employee did not want to apply it, not valid here lol but it is only valid here, she goes to see the manager who she doesn't really know how to talk to customers

Very original concept, you even have to choose your table (unfortunately they are not clear of previous customers) so this limits your choice, once installed you wait for the beep to say that your order is ready, you have nothing left than pick up your order at the counter (after a long wait).
I think the next step will be to go into the kitchens ourselves to prepare our meals.
Advantages of all this no need to leave a tip since there are no waiters and no service worthy of the name.
I'm not even talking about the prices....

The wait to get to the restaurant was excessively long, testing our patience. Once inside we were confronted with a menu offering EXORBITANT prices. Thirty dollars for something as simple as a chicken leg is unacceptable. This value for money is simply indefensible.

Faced with these abusive prices, we decided to leave the premises without consuming. This experience was extremely disappointing and left us with a very negative impression.

The only high-end things found here are the prices. I think they thought it was justified because of the location in the Casino... But unfortunately that's not enough. There is nothing here that deserves the menu prices. An express concept but without being express... It's long, long, long... Like the numbers on the total line of the bill... Fortunately the restaurant does not display "Express" which would be the height of the false representation... Ha but we order at the counter and receive the food in a cabaret... Without service, without speed, without anything good going... I'm not used to being so strict, however It’s well deserved!

You pay to take your order like in a McDonald's, but with the prices (including tip) of a restaurant with service. No one comes to make sure it goes well and they charge extra for absolutely everything (They refused a lady who wanted to change her creamy salad for a traditional one, coleslaw which is the thing they serve as much as you can). Already the St-Hubert experience is horrible, it seems like they designed everything to make it even more unpleasant here.

It was our first time and also the last time… there are extra fees if we wanna have more glasses of water and extra utensils… it’s ridiculous…

I don’t like this place, 2$ for asking for a fork and have to go back to wait in line and wait again before paying for an extra fork. Never eat that red again. Never ***

Sans service comme dans un McDo...pis la fille qui prend ta commande semble déçue de ne pas avoir de pourboire. Elle te donne un paget et quand ça sonne, tu vas chercher ton repas. Quand tu veux un refill, tu vas le chercher toi-même. Première et dernière pour moi. Je dois quand même admettre que c'est le meilleur St-Hubert que j'ai essayé.

We went through the casino and the 2 people at the door completely ignored us. We stood there looking at them and they continued having a conversation while we were standing there. Eventually I coughed loudly and one of them looked me in the eye and continued talking to his colleague. We just left in anger and finally one of them said "just a few more minutes".
Which is complete garbage. A few more minutes so that you can acknowledge our presence? If I could give them zero stars I would.
