Mention that it is very suitable for children on their site and not even being able to enter the restaurant. We took the big detour for nothing. Very annoying and disappointing on their part! ?

No dining room and no alcohol. Really a last choice because there is no other option.

I have to say that we had a strange cafeteria type experience reminding me of my good years at my local high school. However, I must admit that this experience lacked human warmth and a little service. Unfortunately, the lady at reception greeted us with a stupid attitude. We had the impression of not being welcome and this first contact immediately put us off. Despite this negative comment reflecting our experience, I would however like to commend the speed of the kitchen.

Arriving at the casino with my partner, we are dressed chic thinking we will be served at the restaurant. The lady at the reception, not smiling, asks us to order at her counter before going to sit down and going to get our food at the counter when our padget rings... with casino prices and a cafeteria tray it doesn't matter don't really work together. The lack of manpower is not to blame, because many employees and chatter together. On the other hand, the food arrived in 5 minutes!

We had the famous poutine, the chicken and some ribs. Everything was good. The staff is great here. But don't expect a classy place. It is more a fast food restaurant.

Good but no table service except at the bar

A big ANYTHING! Forced to go through the casino to enter the restaurant, thereby eliminating the possibility of eating with people under 18! In a Saint-Hubert, normally a family restaurant! Strictly speaking, a Saint pub at the casino would have been understood, but the whole restaurant is inaccessible... And the worst thing is that there are doors that would allow you to enter without going into the casino, but they are blocked. In any case, reading the other reviews, we might as well go eat elsewhere... For us, the Saint-Huberts are over, I'm not going to encourage a company that completely turns its back on its loyal clientele. for years and even generations.I don't know who thought of this concept of m... but he/she is killing your image.

Worst “restaurant” experience ever. My all-purpose coffee maker was more inviting and much better.

Exorbitant prices, especially for a cafeteria! Meals are $30, don't think it's a normal St-Hubert! Never seen that!

What a disappointment to have to order at the entrance, to have a shortened menu, to have the feeling of being in a cafeteria, to have prices higher than other restaurants of the same chain and to have to leave a tip on non-existent service!
