I received my co-star sub and my bread was completely soggy. I asked a waiter to bring me only a piece of toast to replace the wet bread. He told me no, we'll change it for you, I insisted but he left with my plate. I received my meal after my husband finished eating and it was really just filled with pepperoni and 3 tiny pieces of steak and little cheese and lettuce.

Very good meal. Generous and hearty. The meat poutine (I don't remember the name) was excellent. A big crush on the waitress (the blonde) who takes great care of us. Thanks to her.

We went for lunch this summer and had poor service! My girlfriend made a comment here. Twice the manager contacted her, promising her a gift card to apologize and we never received anything. As with our lunch, boots don't walk the walk. When you go to Mikes, you expect quality. When we make an agreement, we expect it to be respected. A big zero in all cases.
