when i went to this fast food my taste buds lit up wowowowowowow so many flavors that touched my tongue yum what a delight there was such great attention to customers, I have never felt so included and familiar with the environment

Extremely disappointed with the service received! First, I was told that they had more onion rings, which is understandable for a lack of inventory, but that they also had more poutine... I don't know if it was because it closed in 40 minutes … the worst was the lack of professionalism on the part of the team, the order-taking microphone was open, we could hear all the conversations and the worst was that when I reported them to the young lady at the window she answered me oh it must be the people in the lobby… all using vulgar words and conversations really, but really unprofessional

Gets my moldy budy burger… Thursday, January 2, 3:30 p.m.… goes to the drive-thru and receives my sandwich with a lot of mold on the bread… goes back and asks for a refund but tells me that the boss is not there… receives 2 budys and 2 slippers but the fact remains that it was moldy and that it's a question of hygiene it's really disgusting for real... very ordinary to not be able to reimburse me or give me something else that has more value...

Happened this Friday at 4:00 p.m. I wanted 3 churos 2x. It's $2.99 for 2 and $1 more for an additional one. It took a long time to make him understand that it would be more expensive if he charged me 3x 2 churos. This comes with a caramel dip as written on the menu. He only gave me one dip total and charged me $1.49 since I wanted extra dip. He insisted to me that this was the only way to put it in its crate and he didn't understand that you just had to put nothing in the crate and put the dip back in with the churos. Tired that he didn't want to understand anything, I left but I will never return there again. He had also forgotten my 2 slippers. When I told him, he handed me one. I had to tell him that I had paid 2. The cashier was really unprofessional and without consideration for the customers.
