we ordered a poutine and a ring of onions to take away as an accompaniment to our meal, the poutine had a taste of foul rancid oil the washer was completely soaked in oil with 80% of the breading in the bottom of the bag which was almost 'he knows how to spend with this restaurant absolutely our last time.

I arrived at the drive-thru to have my order taken. It was 8:30 and I waited until 8:45. I said hello into the microphone. I honked my horn, I flashed my lights so he could see them in the end, I went to the window a girl who was walking in the kitchen with her headphones listening to music not being at her workstation I know in the window loudly so that I can be heard. Nobody answered me. Nobody saw me. I went to park my car and got inside and it took a good 5 minutes before anyone saw me. I found it very disrespectful and what's more the food was cold when we received it and the other girl who was no longer at his workstation was with one of his friends on the serious A&W bench. Do something? I don't have the names of your waitresses but you make us laugh and it is Thursday February 1, 2024 at 9:08 a.m. as I write this message and it is thanks to me that the three cars behind me were served . Always remember to check your order before leaving, I've been missing things several times. On the other hand, what they don't forget is to charge you with the missing stock. Next time I'll go straight through.

Every time I go there, I get parked further away to wait for my order. It can take between 10 and 20 minutes from taking the order to receiving it. I have been inside once. Never again... after 10 minutes no one came to take my order. I'm angry... it's really hard to serve at this place. Whether it's lunch or dinner, you always have to wait a long time...

Went their for a chicken burger…paid …then I was told by the cashier they had no chicken and that she needed to get the person in charge to give me my refund . When that lady/manager came to the window ..she ask me what I want …told her I wanted my refund …she told me what refund …I told her for my meal, the one the cashier asked you to refund me …then she tells me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and that she can’t help me. she just stood there and looked at me , like waiting for me to leave ….I told her again that I wanted my refund , and again told me that she didn’t know what I was talking about. I literally had to scream at her to go and get the cashier to explain this simple transaction.She came back and gave me my refund and told me in a condescending tone to have a wonderful nightHad bad service at this place before but this was the Worst service I ever had in an A&W
