We tend to say that all McDonald's are crap and theft but this one is the Worst McDonald's ever, the portions of frit are ridiculous..the brovage in a plastic glass but always with a cardboard straw it's laughing at the world and what's more you can't take the rest of the drink with you he puts 3/4 of ice in the glass no way almost nothing to drink no rifle and extra for the bbq sauce

Quite disappointing to arrive during monopoly to not receive coupons. Very long service too.
I sincerely hope that MAPAQ and the McDonald's franchise will come and inspect this establishment, because I am convinced that, if they saw the current situation, it would not remain open for long. In the six years I have been ordering here, I have never had a complete order. There is always something missing, and over the past three years, the quality of the food has deteriorated enormously. The meat is often served cold, and the dishes are simply inedible.
The service is incredibly slow, and the staff are unacceptable in their rudeness and lack of respect. I have only found a minority of employees (around 5%) to be courteous and professional, while the majority (95%) are very rude. By the way I would like to thank Océane for her disastrous service; she often yells at people and seems to want to argue with everyone, which always contributes to very unsatisfying experiences.
This McDonald's is hands down the worst I have ever visited. I strongly recommend that the population of La Plaine go to the one on avenue Claude-Léveillé, located just 10 minutes away, to benefit from much better quality service and food.
I don't know if management cares about customer feedback, but it is very rare to see positive reviews for this establishment.

Night service in a month, not once have I been able to eat what I wanted there, always feeling like they disturbed them. 4:05 a.m. no more Big Mac threesome, it ends at 4 a.m. ok. 3:30 the system is restarting ok I wait 3:55 the system is ready trio big mac sorry we're doing more 😠😠😠. 3am still in the morning 20 minutes no response to the order at the car I go to the counter 15 minutes to be told I went straight through again😠😠😠 UPDATE MY COMMENTS: whether by uber When ordering from the car or even inside, something is always missing or there is a mistake. I seriously ordered chicken. I seriously ordered it WITH A GROUND BEEF MEAT. The worst Mc Donald's I've seen in my life and it had to be the one next to my house in La Plaine 😠 When I have the chance I take the detour to Claude Léveiller best in everything even my Uber I order it there .

Im giving 3 stars only bc the girls were really nice. But they should think about hiring more people and following health code.
They mistook my order 3 times for something as simple as tea. After my food was ready I waited 5 more minutes bc the drink wasn’t. Then i noticed they gave me black coffee. Sent it back then waited a bit over 5 min until someone realized it was just sitting on a corner waiting. Which I realized then was tea without milk as I asked. At this point I’ve waited over 20 min so I left.
Plus I noticed some of them in the kitchen were not wearing caps over their hair.
