Quick rant: I don't expect people in Quebec to understand English, just like Quebecers visiting the western provinces shouldn't expect us to understand French. If you're English I recommend that you order using the McDonalds app, you can get your exact order, pay for it there, and I don't think the employees ever realized I wasn't french cause...
