The old lady who was working at 1 pm shift on Tuesday, was really aggressive when I went to place the order and she made my sandwiches as if its really hard task for her to prepare them. She didn't know English at all and so, I ordered online. Still, she messed my order. Really Pathetic Service. kindly teach your employees some Customer service skills.

Subway La Pocatière restaurant today, November 6. Exemplary kindness at the reception, tasty meals and ☕ excellent coffee👌. Only one "snag", the coffee dispenser is defective... we can only hope that the manager of the place or the owner will be able to remedy this situation which also prevailed during my two previous visits. THANKS!

I was passing through La Pocatière today. Wow! Three people to serve us, it's been a long time since I've seen that! Hats off, perfect service, with beautiful smiles to boot! The cashier had great energy, she was beaming, it made the short experience really pleasant. Thanks to the team in place, August 12, 2024, for the dinner hour.

Jilyan did an outstanding job today. She was very helpful. She seemed to be operating the store solo. Give that girl a raise. She handled the dinner rush like a professional. She was calm under pressure and attentive to her customers. The subs were good too. Add another staff member if not for improved service speeds, definitely for the safety of the staff. The equipment seemed to be sweating or leaking all over the floor. Very dangerous. Poor Jilyan was so busy making subway sandwiches, she did not have time to clean up the water on the floor. Again, give Jilyan a raise.
I've been a Subway customer for years, but the one that I had from here was probably the best Sub I've ever had! Thank you to the young girl who the server!!
