I don’t speak French often and the women working was very kind and when I didn’t know a word she would tell me it in French to make sure I knew it for next time! Super quick to and food is great

We are seasoned traveller's through the Ontario and Nova Scotia corridor and La Pocatiere is one of our regular stops. I was impressed by the leader at the restaurant at 9am on Sunday May 18th. I didn't get her name, but she had control of that place. She was efficient, organized, friendly and communicative with the team. There were a fair number of young people and she seemed like a great leader for the group. Kudos to a great hire!! will be back for sure:)

Came here as a brief stop on a road trip. Restaurant was quite dirty, washroom was filthy. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Food was under cooked. All in all a sub par experience.

It was the dirtest restaurant, filthy kitchen, floor had not been clean where food is. Everything was just filthy, staff mixed up orders due to language barrier. Food was very stale. Garenteed rats are there. Filthy place

Hello, we are not usually negative in life, but really not, but we would like to talk about a situation that a friend and I witnessed and which made us very uncomfortable while going to eat at Tim's Hortons de La Pocatiere Monday January 13, 2025 around mid-afternoon... We were passing customers and we were sitting eating in the restaurant. We saw 2 ladies enter. These ladies seemed to be calm, calm people, they were smiling and seemed really friendly. We see them place their orders, they pay and go to sit near a window. They have been eating for a few minutes. An employee who appears to be around sixty years old, plump with short blond hair comes out from behind the counter and walks towards the ladies in question. She raises her voice at them by telling them: "You have no business in my restaurant." She shouts nonsense at them. Clients remain calm and polite at all times. We heard one of the customers respond kindly to the employee: "You don't look like you're feeling well, Madam, and I think you're wrong...Can we at least eat and we'll leave?" The employee shouts at her in a firm tone in front of everyone that she only gives them 2 minutes to leave! We hear the customer respond to the employee: "As you seem to be very anxious and we don't want to ruin your day, we are going to leave." The customers seemed to be very uncomfortable, as there were plenty of people in the restaurant who saw them being kicked out and yelled at "like shit". I don't know if the employee knew these ladies outside the restaurant or not. She could have at least gone to discuss with the customers in private, not in front of everyone...🙄 For our part, after seeing this situation of non-respect and lack of tact on the part of this employee towards the customers of the restaurant, it is clear that I will never set foot in this place again... In short, poor customers, we felt bad for them... We were going to this place to eat and relax, but the behavior of the employee with customers, it was aberrant...

Don't go to this Tim Hortons. Unless you have diseases such as gonorrhea. I was 10 years old waiting patiently for my food. Half-defrosted rice, mediocre chicken and pitiful service. I warned you.

It’s 8 am and I think the staff is already a bit tired but the lady at the register seemed upset taking my order. Service was quick though.
Always a great restaurant for a quick fast meal. And a sweet treat too. Fast friendly service

The flatbread pizza was very good! I was surprised because the first time I tasted it in Quebec, it was very ordinary... You can see that at this Tim Hortons, the employees work hard! And they looked happy too, which is fun to see :)
