If I have come to write you this sad opinion, it is because, on more than one occasion, I have been frankly disappointed. The quality, service, speed and accuracy of orders simply no longer exist in La Prairie. 3 last visits, 3 gross errors. Please a and w Lapraire do something 😒

Good morning I had a bad experience at the A&W La Prairie last night, ordering at the drive-thru at 11:15 p.m. I asked for 2 Maman berger with cheese and 2 fries, when I got home I noticed that there was just one fried and in my shepherd a meatball between 2 slices of bread no condiment. Very disappointed 😞 at the price we pay we could at least get what we ask for

We love A&W in general, but I must admit that our experience at the one in LaPrairie was more than disappointing. We were the only ones ordering from the drive-thru and there seemed to be no one in the restaurant, even though it was 5 p.m. Despite everything, we received old, overcooked burgers that tasted nothing and didn't have the right ingredients inside. The bread was rock hard and the onion rings were soft and tasteless. The root beer was flattering and the iced tea was terrible. And since it was a drive-thru order that we ate at home, we couldn't return our meal. No more LaPrairie for us. At the price it costs, we are not going to try again at the risk of being disappointed again and we will continue to go to Delson instead. There, we have never been disappointed.

Promotion not respected. We took a big detour to finish our trick-or-treating with the free meal advertised everywhere for Halloween. They refused to grant it on the pretext that it was too late, 7:40 p.m.... It sucks apart from the question of cut-off times. The display above the checkouts still announces it. Very frustrating and probably illegal. We left without eating, we go elsewhere and they probably lost customers.
My 12 year old child didn't get his free dinner on Halloween and time says that the others do after us and before us and he gives us the same excuses

To be honest, I’ve never had any problem with the food service, but this time i decided to order by UberEats and it was the worst one ever. My Chicken habanero was burnt tasting, my chicken strips as well. My food was cold. Normally I go to drive thru and when i bring my food at home it is still warm but this one was very cold and disgusting. Sorry but you should treat Delivery the same way you do with Dine-In Or Drive Thru.

Personnel bien intentionné et sympathique, mais débordé à pas grand chose. Burger de poulet très dur, fromage blanc en tranches dans la poutine, très décevant. Ils ont oublié de servir certains items, mais ont récupéré la situation rapidement quand on est retourné au comptoir.
