I reiterate that this is the best place for lunch in La Prairie, the waitresses and staff offer exceptional service and atmosphere to compare with others of the same franchise. They are even costumed for Halloween. In short, always happy to go there. They will brighten up your day :)

I'm not going to beat around the bush. We ordered a waffle with fresh fruit and custard as well as an apple pancake. The vast majority of our plate was cold. I ordered poached eggs (the only item that was hot), and my friend ordered scrambled eggs which looked like spaghetti (you can judge by the photos). She ordered bacon, which was not crispy but very soft. As for me, I had sausages, which, if you hadn't guessed, were also cold ?. If you like paying $30 for food that is cold and doesn't look like what you ordered, this is the place.

The kitchen is not fresh. For the avocado toast, the salmon had an aftertaste, not fresh. The green smoothie, milk was outdated. We had food poisoning.

We are a family of 4( kids aged 6-8) always go to Ben et florentine in La prairie it’s close to our house. The menu is good with lots of choices but prices are on the expensive side. We pay on average 70$ with no special drinks. It’s on the expensive side. Also it’s been 2 times I go and there is hair in my food. Very disappointed the kitchen needs to be cleaner. On the service side, our waitress was very good
