They told me to contact a third-party company for the refund, but the company confirmed that the restaurant must call to process it. Zero accountability and terrible customer service.

Service and Friendliness 5 Stars Poutine: Undercooked Fries/burnet after taste/cheese curds tiny pieces almost like the crumbles of a bag of chips at the bottom. I ordered 5 poutine all of them same cheese situation. A small poutine: 8.50 A Small poutine at Votre Maison 9.95 Size is double. Loaded with cheese and very tasty poutine just 20mins away at Votre Maison!

What can I say, a fairly original and old fashion little snack, service and cleanliness, nothing to complain about, but as poutine lovers, the sauce is perfect, soso cheese, decent fries, and the hot dog was good, just outside tables, I still have to try the rest of the menu!!!
