I have been eating here for ten years. After my meal was served today, I asked for an empty plate. I was told that I had to pay an extra $2 because of the plate. It was unbelievable.

I asked for extra smoked salmon, my plate was cold my bread mc muffins not even grilled cold my cold hollandaise sauce and my extra? There wasn't! Even our waitress agreed with us! I asked to speak with someone, a supervisor who doesn't even bother to come and see us, pay 101 for cheap, no thanks! First time there and last! I really don't recommend!

Portion more than pathetic, plate half empty. $5 for a small glass of juice for children. Apple cheddar crepe, more or less without cheddar.

I had lunch at this restaurant recently and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed inattentive and our server was rude. Despite this, the prices were reasonable and the wait to be served was normal. What really saved our experience was the potatoes, which were delicious. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned, a real treat. If the service had matched the quality of the potatoes, the experience would have been much better. I hope the restaurant improves its service, because there is potential with such tasty dishes.

What's there not to like ? An evidently well-managed, well-staffed place by people who care.The place was welcoming, good ambiance, not loud and boomy despite being full on this saturday brunch. The service was just right, from the greeting at the door, to the waiter's great service throughout.The food was nice and hot, as was the coffee, and everything was evidently fresh. A nice place to enjoy brunch.
