I often order from this restaurant, sometimes very good, sometimes average. Today I order a large all dressed for $39 with $3 tip. I open the box, 3/4 of the toppings at the bottom of the box, pizza not hot and more or less cooked. We decided to fix it ourselves and reheat it a little in the oven. In the meantime I call the restaurant, maybe I ask them for another pizza another day. The girl stupidly answers me, we'll send you one this evening and we'll bring the other back. I told her a future discount would be better she replied 10% no more, I replied well we order more from you telling her it's much more than 10% loss for you.

I ate a very poor sub! Lots of onion??? With very little meat but this weird sandwich was frankly not digestible, the woman at the cash register was very helpful but the problem is in the kitchen, the worst part this sub looked good before biting into it, 4 thin pieces of boiled beef, with 3 peperonies just to give some flavor to 2 inches of wet and burning onion very disappointed!

Envie d'une poutine qui s'est rapidement transformé en grande déception. Nous avons plutôt mangé une soupe-poutine. Y'aurait fallu la manger avec une cuillère tellement y'avait de sauce. Vraiment une petite portion pour 16$ et en plus on pouvait pas appeler ça du fromage en crotte, c'était plutôt du fromage en miette. Je vous souhaite que la pizza soit meilleure.

Save your money, go to Costco! I ordered two pizzas for the better part of 100$ with delivery and received two criminally undercooked, uncut and wet messes! One was missing ingredients I paid for… so that’s nice. They were nearly raw and the toppings just fell off when you tried to pick it up. One was supposed to be original and the other thick, both were identical. I tried to re cook them in the over, but it didn’t help at all. Honestly, Costco will sell you cheap garbage for 1/3 the price so if you’re going to eat junk at least don’t pay too much for it!!!

Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here. I placed an order at 4:22pm, a simple cheeseburger/fries and a small 10 inch pizza. My order came at 6:10pm and this is after I called at 6 to ask if my order was on its way. (Which the girl who answered told me “ we don’t make cheeseburgers here” umm what?. The food was garbage, the service was garbage, and the length of time waiting for a simple order was garbage. Again. Do yourself a favour and don’t order from here. And I live less than 5kms by car. GARBAGE. If I could give ZERO stars, I would have. GARBAGE.

If there was such thing as a 0 star that’s what I would give this restaurant.I overpaid (30.95$) for a large “all dressed” pizza, and received a flimsy, soggy, thin, pizza without mushrooms and barely 1/2 a with of pepper per slice.I then called the restaurant to try and see if we could do something about my disappointment. After waiting over an hour for my pizza and then waiting another 5 minutes on hold, I was told the proposed solution is to give back my already delivered disgusting pizza, and then wait over an hour for a new one to be delivered. With no compensation for my original invoice. Totally disappointed and will not be ordering again

August 5, 9:00 PM.Place was empty but busy for take outs. We waited 25 minutes, not a problem.The service was ok, order was taken Familial Special and brought to the table. 2 Pepsi, 1 fry and 1 14 inches pizza.Pizza looked bad and showing signs that it waited for a while before being served. Cheese was not hot and quite "SET".Also, to our surprise for a 14 inches pizza, 2 inches "on the diameter" had nothing on it, just a crust that has been hammered I would say. It really looked like they put toppings for a 12'' on a 14''...The fries were dark brown and just not edible. Usually you can get golden crisp fries.I am disappointed, I am a regular at this location but always do take out. I do not recommend this location based on what I was served last night. Total let down.I have good memories on when the store opened, Pizza was comparable to Como and it was very awesome.

Best pizza in the area. However, quality seems slipping this year. Last time my aunt ordered from this place, all 3 of them got sick and had to fight for the toilet. I was somehow fine. I do not recommend the bacon pizza, it was a sluggy mess and tasted awful. Pepperoni pizza is the way to go.

My Girlfriend ordered the 14" family special only to arrive and be given a 12" pizza, no cans of soda or fries and was told because it was a 12" pizza there is no special....although they caused the error by making the wrong size. They did not want to do anything to make it right. Just to add to it, the green peppers were almost burnt. I understand staffing is probably hard to find right now however teach the basic's of good customer service to your employees. We use to order from there all the time.
