I ordered 4 chefs choice for delivery and when I got them all 4 of them had no fries!!! So i called them and they told me that they cant deliver 4 fries even tho they were missing so I drove all the way there with my 4 orders and the lady told me to wait then a bald guy came out the kitchen saying he did the order and he put fries in them?! I showed them the fries wasnt inside all 4 of them and he told me i was a thief and some other insanity like i took the fries off the box and drove all the way here just to get more fries?!!!!! Really are you that smart buddy. I AKSED FOR A REFUND HE OFFERED ME A 2 A 2 LITER PEPSI AND LAUGHED I ENDED UP LEAVING THE ORDERS THERE WITH NO REFUND. Tysm for wasting my time and money. Ordered a chicken burger, the whole restaurant smelled like something had burned … got home to a calcinated burger, cold fries. The chicken had been fried so long it was hard like a rock. I wrote to customer service and never even got a reply. How any employee could assemble that burger and think it was ok to give to a client is beyond me!

Recently this restaurant has really deteriorated. I gave up several chances but tonight was really the best time! Always forgetting orders. Food not cooked and fried not edible, very hard. Too bad before, it was the best Benny in my opinion but that made it the worst. I'm sure I'll never go back to that one again.

On the other hand, we ordered in the evening around 7:30 p.m. We received our meal quickly. On the other hand, the chicken was dry and the fries were very hard as if they were fries cooked several hours before and had been cooked again to reheat them.
Tasteless coleslaw.
I think we will go elsewhere next time ☹️. It breaks my heart because it was my favorite restaurant. I'm disappointed 😣

I ordered at the drive-thru service at 4:26 p.m. on January 4, 2025 Chef's choice plus poutine all apart I'm waiting I'm waiting... tell the cashier that it's a long time, the employees arrived at 4:30 p.m. I think there was no one who would make the orders? Phew...it's talking among the young people, the customer doesn't care...if I hadn't paid I would have left straight away... Well finally I receive this small order at 4:45 p.m. we are talking about 20 min WOW! And the height of my misfortune, everything is cold I had to put it back in the oven Bravo! Gang of incompetent generation of I'm fine...but give me $20 an hour...because I work like a cellar...never will I go to BENNY LAPRAIRIE
Receiving just the hot sauce and not the rest is not acceptable. I had to reheat the fries and chicken fillets so that my guys would eat more quickly because the proposed solution was to send me the order again.

I ordered online at 2:00 p.m. for delivery at 6:00 p.m. I received confirmation that the order would be delivered between 5:45 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.
I received my order at 3:00 p.m. … on the invoice attached to the order it was written for delivery at 6:00 p.m. Plus it wasn't hot I called Benny and they apologized and said they would send me "something" by 6:00 p.m. it's 7:00 p.m. and still nothing.,,, I should have refused the order at 3:00 p.m. because reheated fries were not what I wanted for my dinner
