I took a cheese and tomato sandwich with pesto.....I had to return it because it had almost no tomato...they made it again for me....and the same very kind person told me that they hadn't made it that it arrived all done etc... the price was exorbitant for the quality I had the impression of being literally robbed I took with a kind of smootise which was not great but hey my experience was so good... but the place and local were quite pleasant I was able to rest and charge my battery in person and figure......

I come to this Starbucks often and usually I don't have any problems. On the other hand, today at the drive-thru, I was served a frappucino with curds. It tasted and smelled very strong. I went inside to get it exchanged. No service.... The 4 people who are there seem to be working half-heartedly. I'm at the counter with my drink, clearly waiting for someone to come and serve me but no one comes. 5 minutes later, I finally ask someone. She tells me that her colleague is going to do it again for me as soon as she finishes with her clients. I wait another 5 minutes before someone finally takes the time to refill my drink.... 10 minutes later. No excuses, nothing... and meanwhile, one employee was sweeping the floor while telling jokes and the other was washing the dishes. Really not strong.

Honestly this Starbucks used to be my favourite, but recently I guess there’s been a staff change service has become dull and not as friendly more often than not there’s errors on my order. Considering the prices you charge for stuff like cold foam when I pay extra for it I’d like to have it on my drink.
