Very slow drive-thru service you have a 2 in 3 chance that your sandwich will be burned I take more time on an English muffin because it just tastes like burning and when you go back the supervisor is stupid as hell really.

Depuis que la chaine as ete vendu aux americain les tims on perdu toute leurs petit je ne sais quoi qui faisait toute la difference plis aucun service le service aux volant 20 minute dattente pour un cafe lendroit est malpropre plus dustentile de metal en salle la soupe servis avec une cuilliere degeulasse en carton maintenant on y vas le moin possible dommage

Every morning I fear a mistake. When we correct one, we make a new one. It's always the same. Yesterday I was given the wrong item, this morning I was given the wrong version of my lunch. What should we do as a customer to receive the items we pay for?! I can't get out of my car after the drive EVERY morning to ask that you correct your many mistakes.
