During my visit I took the trouble to order online on the application and to my great dismay, the employees had not received my order. What's the point of having the ability to order online if the system doesn't even work! Additionally, during this same visit, employees told us that they were starting to close and that several items were not available. However, closing time was 8 p.m. and during my visit, it was 5:30 p.m.! That said, the employees were still courteous and apologized for the situation.

I placed the TiMatin combo order in the car and good luck I looked in the bag before leaving the parking lot, an item was missing. The not very competent employee must believe that they are not paid much and it is not worth much..

Customer service is absolutely awful. The cashier couldn’t answer my very simple questions in a proper manner, instead, gave me attitude. What’s worse, he even got my order wrong then followed by blaming me (the customer) for not being “specific” when I named the exact name of the products as it was written on the menu. I specifically told him that and then he started giving me excuses instead of apologizing. I kindly requested for my receipt and he ignored me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was my first time and will definitely be my last time going there.

There is no bathroom on site and you have to go to the gas station bathroom and its filthy. It's a shame on Tim Hortons to have a franchise operated like this.

During my recent visit to Tim Hortons, I opted for a Caramilk cappuccino to go, and I must say it was a great surprise. The taste was really delicious, a perfect balance between coffee and caramel. I highly recommend this drink for gourmet coffee lovers. However, the general atmosphere of the place could be improved, as it lacks a bit of warmth and friendliness. However, for a quick and tasty coffee break, this is an address to consider.

We didn't like this place because really rooms all the tables rooms floors rooms also the trash cans too and 3 waitresses who chatter elsewhere about cleaning they had no crowd also I'm not going back there anymore sorry

Opening hours not very open. Sometimes missing staff, so we always wonder if it is closed or open. Ok for the food

It's a Tim Hortons...what more can I say? I often feel like it's all or nothing with the Tims. Either the service is great or it's really bad to the point that you don't even get a hello and thank you have a good day. And ! Unfortunately....it is often more bad than good. The taste is still good though.

no service available such as pizza on sandwich bread and not even coke (liquor) we waited almost 10 minutes before being served the order of 50 non-complete chocolate timbits (7 were missing)
