I visited several times during the last one year. Most employees are inefficient. They take significant time for figuring out orders and prepare them. Even yesterday, i was there just for a tea with mobile order on the drive thru. They found it during the command window. In the next window, still while serving, I had to wait 5 minutes in the serving window. So far, the worst tim hortons in my life.

I came around noon, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The man at the counter was very rude while training a new employee. He kept telling us to slow down as we ordered and didn’t even give me a chance to respond to her. On top of that, he got all of our orders wrong. He wasn’t even a manager, so I don’t understand why he was speaking to customers this way. Meanwhile, the employees in the back were so loud that we could barely hear ourselves. This was by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I won’t be returning

Worst Tim’s branch I’ve ever been to. Management should seriously be replaced — it’s an embarrassment to the brand. A simple black coffee through the drive-thru takes 10 minutes every time.

During my visit I took the trouble to order online on the application and to my great dismay, the employees had not received my order. What's the point of having the ability to order online if the system doesn't even work! Additionally, during this same visit, employees told us that they were starting to close and that several items were not available. However, closing time was 8 p.m. and during my visit, it was 5:30 p.m.! That said, the employees were still courteous and apologized for the situation.

Customer service is absolutely awful. The cashier couldn’t answer my very simple questions in a proper manner, instead, gave me attitude. What’s worse, he even got my order wrong then followed by blaming me (the customer) for not being “specific” when I named the exact name of the products as it was written on the menu. I specifically told him that and then he started giving me excuses instead of apologizing. I kindly requested for my receipt and he ignored me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. It was my first time and will definitely be my last time going there.

There is no bathroom on site and you have to go to the gas station bathroom and its filthy. It's a shame on Tim Hortons to have a franchise operated like this.
