Amazing! The so-called "half rib" had so much more flavor, and more importantly, meat than any "whole" ribs I have ever eaten. A wonderful experience! And the brisket: again!
Wow! SERIOUSLY a place to discover!!!! I often said to myself ahh it’s too far. (at the entrance to the city...) What a shame! I've been missing this all this time. The only problem I noticed is that everything looks so good and the choice is difficult haha! In short, I had the “Shane” burger with a meatball made from smoked samon and other delicious ingredients (my favorite) all fried as well as the brisquette tacos and a poutine. I am very selective when it comes...
It's an excellent restaurant. The food is very good and justifies its higher than average price. Excellent value for money. The service is done with a smile.
A suggestion: set up one or two tables to eat meals on site during the cold season to accommodate passing customers.
