Super long service. We have 1 hour to eat, we ordered a plate of Nachos as a starter and the waiting time was 50 minutes, even though there were only around ten customers. Too bad, they ruined our dinner

Very good restaurant with good beers. Really good atmosphere, both for dinner with family at the start of the evening and for drinks later.

Service = There was no one at reception when I arrived. A poster indicated to click on a button for an employee to come meet me but the button was not present. After a few minutes, I took the initiative to go to the table where some members of my group were already present. The server was very friendly, but not very present. It was therefore difficult to order our drinks and even our meal. Once ordered, however, the plates were served within a very reasonable time.

Food = The menu will certainly lack variety for many people's tastes, but the alcohol menu, on the other hand, offers very tempting choices. Everything was very good; The plates were well arranged, the presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous and the plates were served at the appropriate temperature.

Pricing = The prices seemed fair to me for the quality of the food and overall experience. The majority of dishes are priced between $23 and $28 and the price of drinks is similar to the average in this type of establishment.

Ambiance = The dining room offers a certain intimacy with a good amount of bench seating. The decoration is very beautiful and the atmosphere is very warm.

Cleanliness = The cleanliness of the premises seemed impeccable to me.

2024: The blonde waitress on weekday evenings, Sandra if I remember the name on my bill. Super awkward, we want to get under the table. I was so hesitant about leaving a tip... I finally left the 15% but Madame never said thank you or have a good evening or anything. This lady is a complete embarrassment… From start to finish!

2023: Regular customer for ten years. Generally excellent service. Mistakes happened, that's for sure, but overall, pretty good!

Siberia Archibald package with salmon tartare... Best quality price in town to take your mind off things! 😋

We came to share a meal in a micro brasserie. If we go out to enjoy a good beer and music (or show) it's perfect. On the other hand, if you think you can exchange and discuss, forget it. Very loud music and the sound has really improved. It was impossible to be able to chat in front of each other during the meal because the sound was so powerful and distorted that we couldn't hear each other at all.

Otherwise the meal was good. But the service was not there. The 7-course table d'hôte was excellent, but the time between courses varied. Between 5min to 45min and sometimes served cold (the one we waited 45min for) because I think they forgot us.

To sum up, the food and the beer are good, the atmosphere is there but the sound and the power of the sound are much too high for the small place.
