Very very lonnnnngggg service!! Arriving at the table cold, no waiter to ask if everything is OK... omelette not edible..

Do not confuse the bistro section which is only open in the evening and great, with the restaurant section which is basic for dinner (restricted menu, little choice).

Oh my god! What a disappointment, ordinary waitress I took a salmon poke bowl I was looking for salmon the hard rice could bounce on the table (not kidding) the waitress told me that the rice was compacted yesterday... never came to see us to take the pulse and did not offer me another alternative for my hard rice.. in short, don't go there!!

Everything was dark and lukewarm and even the vegetables were overcooked and dark, the two dishes were equally dark, one as the other, I'm not going back on Sunday 3 p.m. (Ghyslaine) phew yes
Ask for the menu ask for water ask for dessert it's the first time on a Sunday no rush of customers because on the terrace and inside all the customers had their meals and consumption so less ⭐at the end of the week than during the week ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

We waited 35 minutes before someone came to see us saying that they had forgotten the escargo was bland and lukewarm subsequently the meal was lukewarm and the vegetables cold the service was too slow in general our experience was very average!!!

Very ordinary customer service.. we have rarely seen a restaurant like this.

We ask for drinks and it takes almost 20 minutes before we receive this drink… we ask for water and again it takes an awfully long time to get it…. So you get up to ask for your glass of water… You have to shout to the waitress and ask again because she doesn’t come to see us. Very stupid and cold waitress. We have children and we will definitely not come back here…. The waitress doesn’t even come to ask us if it’s to our liking, if everything is ok…. Really ordinary!

As for food... They will come back again... they took a saucepan and had it served without sauce..... hard boiled egg.. which was sure to be turned not to burst.. super dry potato and the fruits served on the plate we would say fruits which passed the night on the counter…. In short... I don't recommend it at all!

Terrible customer service.Rarely seen such poor quality service...25 minutes of waiting before coming to see us at the table for coffee. We almost have to shout to the waitress in the distance that we want a glass of water because she won't come to see us. I had to get up after another 20 minutes to go to another waiter to ask. Very stupid waitress doesn't even answer us when we ask for ketchup and when we ask if she heard us she coldly replies IT'S GOOD. To finally forget. Never came back to see us during the meal except for the bill.Do not recommend at all.

Un restaurant qui gère son personnel d'une main de maître, car à nous trois, nous étions tous d'accord sur ce point: Le serveur nous a fait sentir que le client est Roi et pour cela, je vous dis... Bravissimo Jos Blo!La bouffe est très bonne. Rien à redire.Très propre comme endroit.Si vous recherchez un restaurant qui a la cote dans Les Etchemins, prenez la direction qui vous mène tout droit vers le Bistro Jos Blo!
