We took the ribs thinking that it was their specialty... More than an hour of waiting to get a plate with two ribs stacked one on top of the other without any further presentation... overcooked and too salty/spicy... disaster!! The inefficient service subsequently forgets us. On the other hand, the show was very good, hence the atmosphere.

I regularly come to Lac Mégantic for work without being able to enjoy its wonders. I take my hat off to you, as much as the place, the service and what about your smoked brisquette meat!! ? I just have a word to say to you! BRAVO ? I recommend it to everyone! First visit and officially not my last either! ?
