Their pizza is undoubtedly delicious, but unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. On our last visit, our order was forgotten, and we had to wait too long without receiving any apology from the staff. This is not the first time we have encountered rude and incompetent employees who seem to completely forget that customers deserve to be treated with respect. Although it is the only good pizza in the area, the service has been too often deplorable and this is enough to dissuade us from returning there permanently. If this pizzeria faced more serious competition, it would quickly disappear into oblivion, unfortunately.
