We went on Saturday morning June 22nd. A young man served an 80-year-old lady by saying "Hi" without smiling and asked her for her order without expression. It seems to me that...if you work with the public, be cordial and with a certain interest in your workstation. Also, a young girl who was perhaps a team leader...she looked stupid and didn't have much enthusiasm. When we are a group of ten people, we should help our team to provide service quickly and help our work colleagues. I saw people turning away because the service was long. Last thing: I went to the toilet and the bowl was really not clean, even disgusting. She was plastered with feces. We'll have to make sure it's impeccable and make rounds. It is your image that depends on your success. If one day I have to return to Lac Mégantic, I will think twice and know that the world talks to each other and has a lot of influence on what they hear.
