If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I came at 7:45 PM (they close at 9), tried to order wraps and pizza — was told “kitchen’s closing, only drinks and bakery.” Fine. Then I asked for a toasted bagel — they said no.
I ordered a medium dark roast with half milk, but got some sweet vanilla-tasting drink instead. When I told them it was wrong, they refused to change it and claimed their team “never makes mistakes.” Seriously?
It’s not just about the wrong drink — it’s the attitude. Refusing to fix an obvious error, denying responsibility, and shutting down service over an hour before closing shows zero respect for customers.
Terrible experience. Never coming back.

This evening I was served a large dark coffee with two creams, the remains of three leftovers from the coffee maker and a large thermos. INFECTED, DISGUSTING coffee. I had cramps for hours after two sips. It would be appreciated to put the boys who worked there. THANKS ! Alain Mireault.
