This evening I was served a large dark coffee with two creams, the remains of three leftovers from the coffee maker and a large thermos. INFECTED, DISGUSTING coffee. I had cramps for hours after two sips. It would be appreciated to put the boys who worked there. THANKS !

Today around 2:30 p.m. we go to the drive-thru asking for 2 invoices in order to be able to use the offers of the application, once arrived at the window we scan my QR code then the employee asks me to pay a sum of money , I ask him to scan the QR code again because the offer does not seem to have worked, to which the employee replies [I don't have time, that's $]
I explained to the employee that I came specially for the offer and that I had asked to separate the invoice to be able to use my offers to which the employee replied [you have to read you can't read!! ], I lose my patience and leave the drive-thru without my items but if my points had been taken, I decide to go inside the tim to speak to a supervisor
Once inside, an employee comes to serve me and I explain to her that I want to speak to a supervisor.
The employee who was at the window arrives and tells me she is the supervisor, I explain to her that she has no business talking to me that way and she argues she is very disrespectful and arrogant, so I ask for my money back. point she tells me it is not possible so I ask her to make an event report and to give me her name she tells me to call “Melissa” I ask the other to use with her if that is really her name, the employee tells me NO! , I ask the fake “Melissa” to give me her real name or number to use, she refuses! And tells me to stop complaining and tell him my order
Seeing that I am determined to make a complaint she leaves and suddenly the REAL supervisor arrives
And comes to take our version of the facts at the same time the employee who welcomed us at the beginning comes to join us and explains to the supervisor that she witnessed everything and that we are right!
The supervisor offers us our order and prepares it herself and apologizes to us and will follow up with the employee because this has no place and is unacceptable.
All this happened between 2:30 p.m./2:45 p.m. on 08/29/2024 our order was 10 tim bits and 2 medium French vanilla
Thanks to the REAL supervisor who knew how to say the right things and do the right things! Thank you to the employee who knew how to be honest!
For my part unfortunately after this execrable service of employing him in question I will no longer return to this Tim who I have been going to for 7 years!

Drive-through service always closed even on weekdays at 3 p.m.

We wait several minutes when the drive-thru window is open before someone answers us, instead of saying “One moment please”.

I understand the lack of employees, but unfortunately this is a Tim to avoid!
