Today is the 15th of October (shawarma day) based on Amir’s website and page shawarma is 5$. I went to the store and asked for the deal, the rude guy at the cash there told me that there’s no such a deal. After I showed him the instagram page he proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t care about such a deal and he’s not gonna give it to me! This lack of management and customer service has made me speechless!

I am not surprise this place got 3.8, I wish I can give no star. First , I placed order online, got cancelled for no reason, then I placed again and called the store, the person said he is too busy. he accepted my order but did not metion there are 4.60 dollars delivery charge . they advertise online if spend over 20dollars is free delivery charge. when the driver shows up after 1 hour, He gave me 2 separate bills which is one for my online order, one for delivery charge! this is very sneaky, My order is over 120 dollars, the store added delivery charge by themselves! is your headoffice knows that you are doing like this? we are ordering lunch every week, you just closed your door by yourself! also you screwed up my 3 plates , salad instead of give rice, potato instead of rice . all screw up! your business will not last too long if you do like this. Good luck! I can promise you that you will never get any business from us for 100%sure!!

The service is horrible here , They make a mistake in my boyfriends order and they also forget the Pepsi , I called and informed them that they made a mistake with the order and he said well is it ok and he will send the Pepsi in 4 min , We waited an hour and still no Pepsi. We called and no answer. We must of called for 30 min and finally got an answer , the guy was very rude on the phone , said that its just a Pepsi and that they have other customers, its a Pepsi that we paid for and also My boyfriend wasn’t send the correct food that we paid for so I don't get the attitude coming from this guy . The guy hung up on me . This was September 4 2025 around 4-6pm . I will never be eating here again or ordering here , the amount of disrespect coming from what sounds like a GEN Z .

I don't know how this location can operate under the Amir name ....the food was AWFUL...the rice tasted like it was boiled in reused water the garlic sauce tasted rancid....I honestly have never had such terrible food from amir apart from this location

The best Amir in MONTREAL I am an Egyptian. I know what it is and what the food supposed to taste like they are the best very very, very friendly good prices very big portion comparing to the others. I’m very satisfied and I come eat here a lot when my kids come with me he always give us something free nice people.

Amir doesn't follow the prices as shown. Charged $13.74 for a trio shish taouk instead of $12.99 and $8.23 for a sandwich shish taouk instead of $7.74. All restaurants should follow the same simple basic rule: charge the customers with the prices as shown.
