I called in advance to ask about allergies, they were nice and checked for me. Quality was incredible! First time I've ordered cake after living in Montreal for 4 years, and this went beyond my expectations. Now I know where to get my next birthday cake! They wrapped it with this pretty green ribbon, and the items were properly packaged with care. Delivered with UberEats (who tacked on an extra $10 for delivery).

Started coming here a few months ago because of a late night cannoli craving and keep coming back!! The baked goods are AMAZING and their hours are perfect for those late night snacks. The owners here are absolutely lovely and it’s always nice to come in and have a chat with them!!

Guys, you just gotta try their cakes! This bakery is a true hidden gem in the city. They make some of the best cakes that I have had recently. They are soft, moist and not too sweet, just the right balance. Their crème brûlée is also amazing. Anna, the owner, is such a sweet lady. I have already been here twice this week alone. That is how good their products are! ?

The shop owner's frustration with Uber drivers has reached a boiling point. On multiple occasions, I witnessed the shop owner berating Uber drivers. Instead of addressing any issues privately or finding solutions, the owner's frustration is palpable and unprofessional. The old lady becomes irate and reviews the drivers poorly. As drivers, we pull into open spaces, accept the order, and deliver the food to the client. That is as simple as it is. I don't understand how the company continues to operate when they are unable to locate parking spaces for drivers. Is the parking lot reserved just for clients who generate revenue for their business ? As drivers, we are employees of your businesses on the same team. Please do not operate the impolitely operated business if you cannot show respect for your employers.Should we find a parking spot far away from the restaurant and pick up the order, or should we park on the streets and obstruct traffic and get a ticket since we aren't allowed to park in the provided parking slots. While I understand that dealing with external factors like Uber drivers can be challenging, it is unacceptable to take out this frustration on innocent bystanders.

The staff was very warm and friendly, they answered all our questions before we ordered the cake slices. The desserts exceeded our expectations. We tried the Cheescake, the carrot cake, the tiramisu and the black forest. They were all really delicious.

Before venturing into this place, I entertained myself with the negative comments and reviews, thinking they were just the result of an overactive imagination. After all, who would think that someone with a business could be rude? I decided to give the establishment a chance, you know, for that adventurous spirit that characterizes me, besides, it's always good to support local businesses. So, with a sparkle of excitement in my eyes, I headed into the unknown, eagerly wishing to explore its sweet temptations and delight in its most cherished dishes. But, oh surprise! The negative comments were not just an exaggeration, but rather a self-fulfilling prophecy.I didn't even get inside, I was stopped in my tracks. As soon as I got out of the car, some kind of human whirlwind shot towards me, shouting orders and demanding that I move my vehicle to another dimension or something like that. The parking lot was an unsolved mystery, with no lines or clear signs, and the lady's request was more of a royal proclamation than a polite request. Without a hint of courtesy, not a "please," not a "good morning," let alone a "thank you," just an act of authority followed by a triumphant retreat into the depths of her domain. Faced with such a spectacle, I decided it was time to seek my fortune elsewhere and stumbled upon a bakery where I was greeted like a hungry monarch and the delicacies were worthy of an ode. Just in case, I leave you with a recommendation: Boulangerie L'atelier signé Bec-Fin!Good luck in your adventures, kind lady!

Discovered this place yesterday and what a pleasant surprise it was! Even though they usually do online orders (me and my partner didn’t realise), they were more than happy to accommodate! Even gave us a crème brûlée to sample while we waited! We got the carrot caramel cake and the Dulce de lece, both incredible! So glad to have discovered this local shop, will definitely be back ❤️

Most rude place I’ve ever been! 1st of all this place is so sketch. The big lady with a bun and glasses is so disrespectful. She doesn’t treat you like humans! She needs to learn how to treat costumers especially delivery workers. She doesn’t show a single respect to them!! I give it a 0/5

Absolutely horrible person who works there’s seems like they are angry at any and everything under the sun. Speaking from experience from working in the service industry all that needs to be said is if you don’t like people don’t work in an industry where people will speak to you on a daily basis. Not sure why they even run the place honestly opinion.
