Ridiculously small sized pita portion. Definitely not what it used to be. Menu price increased by 10% and food portion decreased by 15%. When I compared my pita size to an employee’s pita who was on break, there was a BIG difference.

I had an Uber Eats delivery today that was, unfortunately missing three quarters of a large order. I called the restaurant, and found out that the delivery person had not taken the second large bag. To my surprise and pleasure, the lady who I spoke with not only delivered the missing bag herself. But she included an order of potatoes to apologize, even though she was not at fault. She delivered the food very soon after our conversation. This is exemplary customer service. I will be ordering from this restaurant frequently in the future. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I hope that they know that people appreciate such above and beyond care and thoughtfulness. They didn't have to deliver what Uber Eats didn't nor rectify their mistake. Thank you.

I’m an Uber Eats driver, and today I came to pick up an order from Boustan on Saint-Jacques. I drove about 10 minutes from Lachine to get here, and when I arrived, I was told the order would take 8–10 minutes. Instead, I ended up waiting almost 35 minutes before receiving it. There was another driver waiting before me as well, so I’m not sure why the orders were so delayed. The restaurant really needs to pay more attention to timing, especially when drivers are already on-site. These delays affect our earnings and customer satisfaction. Hoping they improve their preparation times.

Terrible experience with completely unprofessional staff. One employee made my order incorrectly, then blamed me for it and refused to fix it, claiming it was because I was on my phone. Another employee repeatedly called me the N-word after I refused to accept their poor service, then even tried to start a fight. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows zero customer service or respect. Absolutely awful experience — these employees should not be working in customer-facing roles.
