I always order from here because their food is good for sure, but their staff is consistently wonderful. Today I was having a really crazy hard day and whoever the lovely girl working at 3ish on Sept 15, 2025 was kind enough to call me back and confirm my order and add a cookie with a smiley I didn't pay for. She made my day better on spot and didn't have to do that at all. Will continue to come back. <3

The owner explained every menu option with excellence and a smile. After eating there, I wanted to mention it too. Then after reading its reviews, it is no wonder why this place is going to grow! Blessings!! Food was as good as Dagwoods can get! :)

We were received by the owner, Fenel, as well as his charming wife.

The atmosphere was warm and family-friendly, the food fresh and the place very clean. We found parking very quickly, which is a major plus!

I drove to the South Shore to try their sandwiches; it was excellent. The Chili con carne was amazing!👌🏾

I go here often - have been for years. I'm always happy with my food and the prices. Employees are polite and efficient, the space is clean.
The manager/owner is very friendly and gives off caring vibes, which is always nice when visiting a business!

There was not a single customer I entered with my mother (back surgery so cannot stand for long) this December 13, 2023 I took photos of the menus there were two male employees the first pressed me to order I tell him to wait until I show the photos to my mother for her to choose and the second one (he has a beard) starts to tell me to order quickly I tell him the same thing he asks us to leave the place if we are not ordering now.
I was so shocked that I didn't respond.
No respect or humanity among these people. Frankly, you have to respect people, it’s part of the very principle of life.
I won't see Dagwoods restaurants the same way again

I always have good service..never anything to say!! Except this evening I look on the site and it says it closes at 7 p.m. and on the door also 7 p.m. and it was closed at 6 p.m. this evening!
